Yoder Contractors, led by Wayne Yoder, specializes in custom home construction and renovations. Raised in an Amish-Mennonite family in Central Illinois, Wayne’s strong work ethic and commitment to craftsmanship were honed through years of working on the family farm and excavation business, where he gained hands-on experience in every aspect of the building process. 

In 2013, Wayne and his family moved to Sarasota, where he obtained his General Contractor’s license and founded Yoder Contractors. With his expertise, attention to detail, and a trusted team of skilled trade partners, Wayne ensures the delivery of exceptional custom homes and renovations.
